The law firm specializes exclusively in criminal and business law cases, because the accumulation of regulations, the dynamics of their amendment and – often – their level of complexity require, for rational lawyers, to improve themselves in selected areas of law and abandon attempts, doomed to failure in advance, to become so-called specialists in everything. We accept a smaller number of cases to handle, in order to afford the comfort of executing them at an appropriate level.

Each branch of law (be it criminal law, civil law, administrative law, industrial property law, etc.) has its own peculiarities, not to mention, often, completely different regulations in terms of the procedures that govern proceedings (judicial or otherwise) from a given area of law, so excelling in one or two of them allows attorneys to develop certain automatisms, develop a methodology for working in a given spectrum of cases, and then use these tools to implement, tailored precisely to a particular client and his case, a pre-litigation or litigation strategy.

Finally, the specialized profile of the law firm translates into saving time, not having to work out certain legal problems from scratch, which would in turn cause the need for an excess of time on the part of the lawyer and money and patience on the part of the client.

However, accepting a case from another area of law, such as inheritance law, family law, copyright law, press law, or a case for compensation or compensation for harm suffered (e.g. in the case of a traffic accident) is not excluded and depends on the arrangements made individually with the law firm’s client.
